The TCell Rubbermaid Commercial Odor Control System refill is a device you can count on to deliver an inviting, fresh scent for 60 to 90 days. This device is powered by fuel cell technology, creating hydrogen in the fragrance chamber. As each hydrogen molecule is created, it forces (pushes) an equal volume of fragrance out of the chamber. This distributes a balanced volume of fragrance into the natural airflow for a crisper living area. Another feature of this product is that it contains no VOCs, which allows it to use 33% of the fragrance more methodically than other “30-day systems.”
